What We Offer

We specialise in the delivery of post-16 Entry to Employment (E2E) learning. Oakfield Solutions work in partnership with eight other organisations in Newcastle. We are equipped to industry standards, giving you the opportunity to develop your employability as well as your life skills all in a real working environment.

We also use a wide range of work placements, which can put you in the best position to get a job or to access further learning.

What You Get

You get the chance to learn new skills and gain qualifications. We also have job tasters whereby you have an opportunity to try out different jobs to see which one suits you best.

You may also earn an EMA allowance, bonuses and get help with your travelling expenses. Then you have the option to move on to further education, employment or work based learning.
